Sangharshana story at a glance
Kumar (Sasi Kumar) and Vikram (Naresh) land in Hyderabad to settle down in life. Kumar is very friendly with his neighbors, later he starts a small business and helps them. Bharati (Swathi) falls for his kind nature. Meanwhile, Vikram too falls in love with Bala Saraswathi. When everything is going smooth, few people come and attack Kumar and Vikram and reveal their past that they are mentally challenged. Who are they and what is the past of Vikram and Kumar forms the rest of the story.
