Tony (Jr.NTR) is a goon in Mumbai who does anything for money and Niharika (Tamanna) is a college student. Both of them go to Kashmir separately. Terrorists take them in to captivity and later Army saves them. During their captivity, Tony falls for her instantly. Later they get separated. He follows her to Hyderabad and learns that she is engaged to the son of a state minister (Tanikella Bharani). The story takes different turns and twists. What happens next forms the actual story.

Surendar Reddy had earlier directed NTR in “Ashok” but the movie did not fare well. Later he became a star director and the combination of “Oosaravelli” was set. The movie released amidst huge expectations but could not live up to them. Finally it ended as an average grosser at box office.

Hero Ram was supposed to do this film but he backed out of the project with unknon reasons.
