Vedam is the story of 4 individuals - Cable Raju (Allu Arjun) - a slum boy who aspires to become rich, Vijay Chakravarthy (Manchu Manoj) - an aspiring rock star, Ramulu (Nagayya) - a handloom weaver, Saroja (Anushka) - a prostitute who wants to launch her own brothel company. All of them meet in a hospital in different situations. And then terrorists try to take hold of the hospital. What happens in their lives that night forms the rest of the story.
