Bendu Appa Rao RMP story at a glance
Bendu Appa Rao (Allari Naresh) is a RMP doctor in a village. He treats patients with his knowledge and earns more money to send to his sister who will be tortured by her brutal husband (Krishna Bhagwan) for dowry. He falls in love with a rich girl Padma (Kamna Jetmalani). One day Appa Rao meets a person who will be in verge of death and gives his earnings of 15 lacs and asks Appa Rao to pass it on to his family. But Appa Rao couldn't locate the dead man’s family and so he will share the money among his friends. The rest of the story is how Appa Rao finds the dead man’s family and what happens to his love lady.

The movie was made with a budget of 3 crores and in a single schedule. But it garnered good reviews and became a hit. The film overall collected 8 crores including satellite rights. -
