Pelli Kani Prasad story at a glance
Sujatha (Sridevi) is darling daughter of Gopal Rao (Raghuvaran). She falls in love with Vara Prasad (Allari Naresh) who is does nothing. Sujatha decides to marry Vara Prasad and conveys her message her to Dad. But Gopal Rao is against love and love marriages. He blackmails her that he would commit suicide if she marries Vara Prasad without his knowledge. Unable to say NO to his dad, she accepts his proposal of marriage with Siva Prasad (Sivaji). What happens to Vara Prasad and who is Siva Prasad forms the rest of the story.
