Pellaindi Kaani story at a glance
Attchi Babu (Allari Naresh) is the son of a rich widow (Bhanupriya) and is inheritor to a vast property. He loses his mental balance in an accident and from then his mother will be in a ray of hope that Attchi Babui would become normal. One day she arranges his marriage with Gayathri (Kamalinee Mukherjee) daughter of village headmaster (Chandra Mohan) who is in need of money to get his heart operated. Kamalinee Mukherjee agrees for the marriage to save his father. Will Attchi Babu get back to his normal life or not forms the rest of the story.
