A civil engineer (Prakash Raj) is assigned to build 'Seetamma Talli Dam' at a village Ramapuram. A local politician Brahmam (Pilla Prasad) opposes the move and gets the engineer and his wife killed. Their son becomes an orphan and is named as Anji (Nitin) by the temple priest (Chandra Mohan). He is raised by a few kind people. Anji is a staunch devotee of Lord Anjaneya. Anjaneya takes human form and helps Anji to complete the Dam.

Krishna Vamsi is a pioneer in directing movies with this kind of subject. The movie released with decent amount of expectations but failed to reach them. Charmee’s vulgar role in a devotional movie also played its part in the movie failure.
