Ravi (Uday Kiran) is son of a billionaire and Vasundara (Anita) is a daughter of small time businessman. Both study in same college, but never bothered about each other. Vasundara initially hates Ravi as he is good at sports than studies and later on gets mesmerized by his determination. She takes the initiative of diverting his mind to studies and eventually both fall in love. But parents of Ravi and Vasundara are against their love and make deal with them to be away from one another for a year to make sure their love is true. Meanwhile, Ravi’s father takes him to Mumbai and house arrests him and Vasundhara's Father takes her to his hometown and arranges a forced marriage. However both Ravi and vasundara manage to escape. The rest of the story is about how the pair unites against all odds.
