Shazahn Padamsee acted in several theater plays just like her parents. She even modeled for several ads national wide before making her Bollywood debut with a small role in Ranbir Kapoor’s Rocket Singh – Salesman of the year. The movie unfortunately did not do well at the box office and her role almost went unnoticed.

Her major break came in 2010 with her Telugu film, Orange in which she played a little but well appreciated role ‘Rooba’. The movie again was a failure and she had to wait 3 long years to get her second film in Telugu beside Ram in a movie titled ‘Masala’ but the movie also met failure with Shahzahn getting bad reviews. In the same year, she made her Tamil debut in Kanimozhi film opposite Jai but only to bag one more commercial failure.

After 2010, she managed to act in two more Bollywood movies - Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji and Housefull 2: The Dirty Dozen. Both the movies were commercial hits but could not help her career much.
