Kajal’s film career began with a minor role in the Bollywood movie “Kyun Ho Gaya Na (2004)” starring Vivek Oberoi and Aishwarya Rai. Following this, she made her Telugu debut with the movie “Lakshmi Kalyanam (2007)” along side with Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. As a debutant, she excelled in her performance and looked fabulous in half sarees. In the very year, she gave another Tollywood release “Chandamama” in the year 2007. With an outstanding chemistry with Navdeep, she brimmed the screen with her charm.
Soon after that, she starred alongside Nitin in an action flick “Atadista (2008)” in which she enacted her part very well. With her beauty and elegance she quickly gained popularity and joined the Rajamouli’s cast for “Magadheera (2009)” as a lead actress sharing the screen with Mega Power Star Ram Charan. She proved herself as a perfect fit for a charming princess and joined the top league of actress in the Telugu film industry.
Praised for her mighty appearance, the star appeared in the movie “Arya 2 (2009)”, a sequel of the blockbuster movie Arya. Rendering the image of a typical confusing girl, she gave a domineering presence with beautiful looks.
Soon she stroked the silver screen with the movie “Darling (2010)”. Putting up the show as the perky girl, she astonished the audience with great styling and adequate performance.
“Brindavanam (2010)”, another biggest hit of the actress led the star to peaks. With a prominent character, she essayed her part very well. The star bagged another blockbuster with “Mr.Perfect(2011)” starring the young rebel star Prabhas. As a traditional girl, she looked gorgeous with her spellbinding smile.
Kajal attempted to re-establish her presence in Bollywood with the movie “Singham (2011)”. As the ladylove of Bollywood star Ajay Devagan, she portayed her character very well with cute looks.
She came back to the Tollywood and mesmerized the Telugu audience with her mind-blowing performance in the movie “Businessman (2012)”. With a fairly etched character, she made a compelling presence on the screen.
Her next movie “Saarochharu (2012) starring Ravi Teja is another hit in which she jutted a balanced, mature, and classy performance. Pairing up with Ram Charan for the second time, she starred in “Nayak (2013)”. Kajal looked stunning in the song sequences with great on-screen chemistry with Ram Charan.
The star made her mark with Bollywood screen movie “Special Chabbis” starring Akshay Kumar. She also got paired up with the Tollywood star Jr.Ntr for the movie “Baadshah” which became a Major Blockbuster in 2013.
After a brief Bollywood stint, Kajal Agarwal made a comeback to Telugu film industry with two Ram charan films. In Yevadu she appeared in a little cameo on Ram Charan's Yevadu which was a blockbuster and towards the end of the year, she acted alongside Charan in Govindhudu Andari Vaadele which became an average grosser at the box office.
