The Telugu movie ABCD which is a remake of the Malayalam movie with the same name has become a huge among the fans. One reason that the movie will be remembered for is also that it has brought together the two major producers of the Telugu cinema, Allu Arvind and Suresh Babu on the same side. The movie received praise from both of the producers who are arch rivals of each other.
Allu Aravind had a good run in the box office recently with the movie Geeta Govindam. Suresh babu also had tasted success with the movie ‘Ee Nagaraniki Yemaindi’ and ‘C/O Kancherapalem’. Both the producers watched the movie in special screenings. According to sources, both had suggested a few corrections in the movie which have been incorporated in the movie by its makers so as to make the movie a grand success.
Apart from obtaining the thumbs up from the two producers, the movie has also been screened for 20 young students. Their opinions on the movie were then taken so as to improve on the entertainment quotient of the movie.
The movie which is a remake of the Malayalam movie of the same name starring Dulquer Salman revolves around the story of a hero who lives his life by wasting his father’s money. The hero then visits India and circumstances lead to him being forced to live in India and also study in college on the tiny maintenance amount that is sent to him. The movie explores their life in India and how they face and overcome the challenges they are thrown with. There have been a several alterations in the Telugu version of the movie. The element of love and romance has been added to it.
The movie which has had its release postponed several times , is expected to be released on 26 april
