The slap has happened again and this time it was fully caught in the camera. The famous Tollywood star and MLA of Hindupur, Nandamuri Balakrishna have been caught slapping his fan and party worker.
The actor was actually in his 3 – day campaign in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. It occurred during the Intintiki Telugu Desam Yatra programme when the worker had accidently pushed him. Sources say the worker named B. Maruthi had done nothing wrong. He was just standing near the actor for he felt that the hospital needed more improved facilities. But the huge surge of crowd at that moment had pushed him on the actor turned MLA.
The misconduct was actually caught by a bystander who was video recording the rally from his terrace. The video has gained huge number of viewers in quite a few hours. However, the actor does not seem to have any effect from the slap. Even after the incident, the MLA went forward with his political rally.
This is not the first case of such bad conduct of Balakrishna. Earlier also, he had behaved roughly with his party workers and also slapped one of them, during a same visit to Tirumala temple in Nandyal. Then he had slapped a fan who wanted a selfie with him. Few days later, he was again filmed of slapping his assistant and making him tie his shoe laces on the sets of “Jai Simha”.
In 2004, the actor was accused of shooting at a producer in his own home which he claimed to be self-defence initially. However, during trials, the same producer claimed that he was never shot at, thus clearing Balakrishna of all charges.
