The latest on Telugu movie news is the reverse date formula. Bollywood was the first movie industry to implement this Hollywoodtactics of Reverse Date Formula in the Indian film industry. Most of the Hindi movies are now a days fixing up a fixed release date on the very first day of shooting itself and are working day and night to not miss the set deadline. But Tollywood has not yet shown the intention of adopting this measure until now.
The problem with Tollywood is that the production houses and directorsthere are not sure about the time their movie will be completed. Also the heroes opt for good spacing and positioning at the box office and they are even ready to wait for months to get an appropriate release date. This jinx has now been broken by the once late-lateefs in the industry, Mahesh and Charan- who are now rewriting their ownhistory by bringing this reverse date formula to Tollywood. Mahesh has already fixed the release date of Aagadu as September 16th whereas Charan is right on target to meet the deadline of October 1st to make his movie Govindudu Andarivadele hit the silver screen.
As of now, both Mahesh and Charan are working very hard to meet the scheduled release dates andmeet their deadline. Once they become successful in this venture, definitely other directors and heroes would adopt this concept of reverse date formula. This would be the beginning of a new age in Tollywood and if followed religiously, some good will definitely emerge from this new concept. Also, this move will foster discipline in the cast and crew who would know that they have a target to meet against a set deadline. The producers would also be happy as this would end the unnecessary lengthening of the production and shooting time and would result in some savings.
