Did you hear the news on Lavanya Tripathi? Yes, it’s true that the actress has turned down two films consecutively. The first one is a Telugu film opposite male star Vijay Deverakonda which will be directed by Parasuram. The second is a Tamil film remake of the famous Telegu Movie 100 percent Love.
Reports claim that miscommunication between the two film directors has given rise to this situation and the actress has become a victim in this scenario.
Few days back, Tamil director of 100 percent Love, Chandra Mouli had called Telegu producer Bunny Vasu to inform him that Lavanya had offered “bulk dates” for his project and thus won’t be able to work for the Telegu movie. He even claimed that the actress had signed a legal contract with him on this matter.
Concerned by the news, Vasu had informed the update to Parasuram and the director had signed in actress Rashmika Mandanna in place of Lavanya. And all these occurred without any hint or knowledge to Lavanya or even her manager.
Vexed by it, Lavanya has quitted both the films even though she does not have any work now.
100 percent Love was originally made in Telegu, which director Chandra Mouli wants to remake in Tamil. Sources say that this movie will start shooting by the end of September or early October.
The movie by Parasuram is yet to have its title. Among the cast selected, Sundeep Kishan also plays a role in the cinema. The film will be financed by Geetha Arts.
The actress Lavanya Tripathi will be seen in the upcoming films ‘Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi’ directed by Ram Pothineni and also in ‘Yuddham Sharanam’ by Naga Chaitanya.
