The first project in direction by Siddhartha Thatholu – “Bhairava Geetha” which was supposed to be released on 30 November has been postponed due to some issues with the censor board.
The creative head of the movie Ram Gopal Verma took to twitter to announce that the movie will be released on December 7 due to some issues with the censor. The movie was to be released one day after the Rajnikant and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0.
The movie
The movie is the debut project for its director Siddhartha Thatholu and also for its female lead Irra Mor. The movie features actor Dhananjay in the lead role. The music for the movie has been done by Ravi Shankar. The movie is supposed to be a violent love story. The debutant director Siddhartha Thatholu has said that the emotions of love and violence cannot be compared to anything else. The movie is based on true incidents that had taken place in the backdrop of Rayalaseema faction. The film is produced by Abhishek Nama
The movie is now supposed to be released on the same day as the elections in Telengana state take place. Ram Gopal Verma asked the audience to vote for Bhairava Geetha while announcing the postpone in the release of the movie on twitter. The movie was earlier supposed to be released on October 12 but was postponed due to the collision of the dates with the movie Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava and thus was made on November 30. RGV had also made a tweet where he said that the movie 2.0 was for kids whereas the movie Bhairava Geetha was exclusively for adults. There are also rumours that the movie release had been postponed to avoid the collision with the movie 2.0.
The movie will now supposedly release on 7 December if all goes well
