Tapsee Pannu, whose very appearance can light up the screen and sets young minds racing, is back with the action superstar of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar. Akshay has been a glittering presence in the Bollywood Galaxy for some time now and has been regarded as one of biggest action stars because of his daring stunts and a knack for picking up the best action films of a year. Tapsee is no stranger to the star since they have already shared on-screen moments when they came together to shoot Akshay’s hit film ‘Baby’. The film was made in Hindi language and it focused on the burning issue of terrorism across the world. Now, their chemistry has sparked off interest from many corners, which has resulted in this pair working again in another film.

The film that will showcase the acting talents of these two sizzling performers is a remake of the hit film “Kaththi”. The film was made in Kollywood and made quite a name. Of course, nowadays remakes are a rage and keeping that in mind, this film is being made too. This will be a Bollywood remake and hence, it is evident that Tapsee is slowly finding her feet in Bollywood. After ‘Baby’, this will be the second film in which she will feature. In fact, so much so, there have been strong rumors that she has been on a signing spree in terms of Bollywood films. It is obvious that she has shifted her career focus as of now.

While she has already got a hit film under her name with ‘Baby’ and is set for another for Akshay, the big news has finally arrived. Tapsee will soon be featuring in a film opposite to none other than Big B, the evergreen Amitabh Bachchan. Regarded as one of Hindi cinema’s greatest actors, Amitabh being the co-star is surely a lucky sign for Tapsee since this may really launch her career to unprecedented heights from here. The film remains untitled, while the director has already been decided. Anirudha Roy Choudary, the eminent Bengali director will be at the helm of affairs regarding the film. Tapsee has already proven herself in multiple films before and it is her series of fantastic performances that has brought her so much success. Currently, she is reaping the benefits as she has also been the focal point of discussion regarding the film “Ghazi”. The film deals with underwater scenario with a submarine involved in the film. While she stars opposite to Rana Daggubati, a superstar of South Indian cinema himself, her very appearance has caused a sensational anticipation about the film. The film is set to be bi-lingual and Tapsee will be performing in the role of a refugee in it. Sankalp will be directing the film.
