The showbiz world of Tollywood is no doubt glitzy and glamorous as far as profession is concerned but the celebrities always made an attempt to help the troubled and participate in philanthropic activities off the screen. Right from Megastar Chiranjeevi who established his own blood bank, the trend sustained with young actress Samantha opening Pratyusha Foundation for the betterment for the poor.
But this year has seen a unique trend where many star heroes of Tollywood themselves met the fans who are ill to fulfill their wish and be a part of make a wish foundation. Powerstar Pawan Kalyan met a young fan Srija in Khammam once again and offered support to her family. Superstar Mahesh Babu met a young boy from Kakinada who is also suffering from a terminal disease. Mega Powerstar Ram Charan also opened an initiative Trujet which collected a portion of air ticket money for welfare of children.
Young Tiger Jr.NTR met his die hard young fan Srindhi who is suffering from blood cancer. Instead of confining to monetary donations, these heroes came forward to make their presence felt in front of their adoring fans.
